Avoid Addiction. Week 7.

In the times in which we live it is very common to go to the fast food restaurants. That becomes life for its low cost, the laziness of not cooking at home, etc; Without giving account the harmful things that can be in the ingredients used for its preservation. The people consume food with scrap iron without realizing if we are addicted. This terrifies people and they do not admit it because in their mind they only fit like addiction words like: steroids, alcohol, or the vice of the cigarette. Creating the fast food a vice finishing in addiction. Unbalancing the physical health as much as mental until falling in depression product of the obesity. Also there is a large number of diseases like diabetes, cholesterol, problems with the arterial pressure, the heart and more. Being able to come up them doing exercises, diets, respecting the dream schedule avoiding the insomnia. Not to fall in vices or addiction is a easy way to take a healthful life.
